Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his official residence in Delhi on Friday. During this, CM Yogi has expressed his gratitude for the guidance being given by the Prime Minister for the development of the state and welfare of the people. According to the press release issued by the Chief Minister’s Office, CM Yogi said that in the first wave of Corona epidemic, the mantra of ‘Trace, Test and Treat’ given by the Prime Minister was adopted by the state government during the second wave as well. It got better results and was successful in controlling the infection.
The Prime Minister’s help in the Corona crisis was mentioned
CM Yogi said that when there was a sudden increase in the demand for oxygen in the second wave of Corona, at that time Oxygen Express was run by the Ministry of Railways. At the same time, the transportation of oxygen tanks with the help of Indian Air Force planes helped a lot in supplying oxygen in the state. The CM thanked the Prime Minister for the smooth availability of oxygen in the state in that hour of crisis.
Thanks to PM for free vaccine
CM Yogi said that the Prime Minister took a commendable decision to provide free corona vaccine to the states for all people above 18 years. Many state governments were facing difficulty in arranging vaccines for the youth of 18 to 44 years. In such a situation, everyone got relief from the decision of the Prime Minister.
Welcomed the decision of Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana
Yogi said that the Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana has been restarted by the Prime Minister from May this year. Expressing condolences to every poor, the Prime Minister has decided to extend this scheme till Diwali, so that no poor has to sleep hungry in times of crisis.
