A truck rammed a bike in Arwal, Bihar, in which three people on the bike died. All the three people on motorcycles were returning to their homes after attending a wedding ceremony. The accident happened in Mehdia police station area. Police said that three youths, hailing from Bhojpur district, had gone to a wedding function in Bombay village on Saturday morning. This accident happened only while returning back to his home from there.
Police said that a truck carrying sand rammed the bike from behind near Belsar village on National Highway No. 39. Due to which all the three youths died on the spot. After the incident, the truck driver managed to escape with the vehicle. At present, the police is trying to trace the accused truck driver.
Umashankar Singh, station in-charge of Mehdia said that the dead have been identified. The three youths are residents of Belour under Udwantnagar police station area of Bhojpur district. Their names are Abhishek Chaudhary (22), Dayanand Chaudhary (23) and Ankush Chaudhary (22). He said that all the dead bodies have been sent by the police to Sadar Hospital for post-mortem and the whole matter is being investigated.
