Tamil Nadu government canceled 12th class board exam

Chennai, Jun 5 (PTI) The Tamil Nadu government on Saturday announced cancellation of class 12 board exams and said a committee would be formed to decide on award of marks to students. The government has said that this decision has been taken due to the presence of a second wave of Kovid-19 in various areas of Tamil Nadu and the possibility of a third wave. After three days of deliberations with teachers, academicians and experts, Chief Minister MK Stalin said, “The 12th class board examination for this year is cancelled,” the release said.

It was also said that on the basis of this score, admission in college courses will be done.
