The corona reaches the lungs within two days and the patient starts having trouble breathing. The patient’s oxygen level drops. Which leads to difficulties later. Because of this, the demand for oxygen suddenly increased this year.
‘Children will be affected in the possible third wave of Corona’
The Deputy Commissioner said that most of the young people were affected in the second wave of Corona. Children will be affected by a possible third wave. Therefore, in any case, the children of Palamu have to be saved from Corona. In such a situation, it is necessary that all the people living around the children should be vaccinated. There is no vaccine for children yet, but there is a vaccine available for people over the age of 18. The need is that people become aware of the vaccine and reach their nearest vaccination centers. In any case, before the third wave, people above 18 years will have to be 100% immunized. No need to rely on rumours and misconceptions.
Till now more than 2 lakh 80 thousand people have taken vaccine in Palamu: Deputy Commissioner
Shashi Ranjan said that so far more than 2 lakh 80 thousand persons have taken corona vaccine in Palamu district, all are safe. He said that more than 10 thousand health workers of Palamu district have also taken the vaccine. They are engaged in the care of corona patients coming to the hospital with the vaccine, all the health workers are safe.
‘Corona is unable to dominate the person taking the vaccine’
