DM Suhas LY told that shops will open only 5 days a week. Weekend lockdown will remain in force. All frontline workers related to Corona will be present. Along with this, 50 percent employees will be posted in other government departments. Apart from this, all the vegetable markets of the district will remain open as before. Kovid-19 help desk will have to be established in every vegetable market. Schools, colleges and other educational institutions will remain closed for now. At the same time, restaurant operators will be allowed only home delivery.

Cinemas, swimming pools, gyms, clubs and shopping malls will remain completely closed. Egg, meat and fish shops can be opened with adequate cleanliness and taking care of sanitization. Also, meat will be allowed to be sold only in a closed space and covered. Wheat purchasing centers and ration shops will remain open in the district. Not more than 5 devotees will be able to gather at one place inside the religious places.
There is a continuous decrease in corona infected patients
The number of corona infected patients is continuously decreasing in Gautam Budh Nagar. On Saturday, 43 newly infected patients were reported in the district, while 53 came on Friday. During the second wave of corona, the number of corona infected patients in the district reached 1700. Till Saturday, 610 corona patients were being treated in various hospitals in the district.
