Liquor smuggler Pawan Tyagi’s property worth lakhs attached in UP

While tightening the noose on the miscreants who earn money illegally in Baghpat, the police have seized property worth 15 lakhs. The miscreant is a liquor mafia and 22 cases are registered against him in other police stations of Baghpat including Chhaprauli police station. Pawan Tyagi, a resident of Odhapur village, had collected property worth lakhs from liquor smuggling in Baghpat district. Due to which 22 cases are registered against Pawan in liquor smuggling and gangster act at many police stations including Baraut Chhaprauli of the district.

After the order of the UP government, the police has started cracking down on these miscreants. Action has been taken to attach the property of the miscreants who have collected property worth lakhs crores illegally.

250 square meter house attached
Chhaprauli police, which reached Odhapur village on Tuesday, attached Pawan Tyagi’s house of about 250 meters square under section 14 1 of the Gangster Act. This attachment action has been taken after the order of District Officer Rajkamal Yadav. SP Baghpat Abhishek Singh says that the top ten miscreants of the district are being marked. Actions are being taken continuously to prevent crime.
