In Uttar Pradesh’s Kushinagar district, a fight broke out between two parties in Fardahan village of Kaptanganj police station area late on Monday night. During the fight, a bullet was fired. One person was seriously injured by the bullet. The police sent the injured youth to the district hospital for treatment, where doctors, seeing his condition critical, referred him to the medical college. Police has sent two accused to jail.

According to the information received, Bhullan Yadav, a resident of the village, gave a complaint at Kaptanganj police station. In which it was said that my son Akash Yadav was coming home at 10 o’clock in the night after having food from a banquet in the house of a person of the village. At the same time, Vivek Choubey and Dheeraj Yadav, who were already ambushed, on seeing my boy, shot him with two rounds of katta. Akash was seriously injured by the bullet.

On information, the police reached the spot and took the accused Vivek Choubey and Dheeraj into custody. At the same time, the injured Akash Yadav was taken to CHC Mathauli, where seeing the condition critical, he was referred to the district hospital. Due to no improvement in the situation, the medical college was referred to Gorakhpur. On Tuesday, the police of Kaptanganj police station arrested accused Vivek Choubey with a pistol and another accused Dheeraj with a pistol and sent him to jail.
