Kanpur News: Four including expelled BJP leader appeared in court late night, sent to 14-day judicial custody

BJP expelled leader Narayan Singh Bhadauria And four including history-sheeter Manoj Singh were produced in the court late on Saturday night. During the trial, the entire court was converted into a cantonment. Seeing the move by the lawyers, additional police forces were ordered to be on alert. Narayan Singh, Rocky Yadav, Gopal Sharan Singh had applied for bail in the court. But the court sent the four accused to judicial custody. Along with this, the court will hear the bail application on June 12.

Kanpur Police arrested expelled BJP leaders Narayan Singh Bhadauria, Rocky Yadav and Gopal Sharan Singh Chauhan from Noida on Friday. History-sheeter Manoj Singh was arrested from Kanpur. Apart from interrogating the accused for several hours, the police also identified other accused by showing the viral video. Narayan Singh Bhadauria and Gopal Sharan Singh Chauhan are advocates by profession. The four accused, including Narayan Singh, were to appear in the court on Saturday. Since morning, a crowd of lawyers started gathering around the court premises.

The Commissionerate Police, examining the atmosphere, did not present the four accused in the court in broad daylight. The lawyers kept waiting for Narayan Singh and his associates throughout the day in the court premises. The police got the medical done of the four accused at 7.30 pm. As soon as night fell, the police took the entire court complex under their control. After this, the police produced the four accused in front of the remand magistrate late in the night. Police Commissioner Aseem Arun says that due to security reasons, the decision was taken to present the accused before the remand magistrate during the night.

Police has sent five accused to jail
Police had registered a case against 19, including BJP leader Narayan Singh, for obstruction of government work, rebellion, indecency with the police, expelling the accused from police custody and under the Epidemic Act. The police later extended the section 7 of CLA in the FIR. In this case, the police have arrested Randhir Singh Tomar, Narayan Singh Bhadauria, Rocky Yadav, Gopal Sharan Singh Chauhan, Manoj Singh and sent them to jail.

It was the birthday of Narayan Singh Bhadauria, who was the District Minister of BJP South, on Wednesday. The birthday party of the district minister was going on in a guest house in Osman, Naubasta. To join the party, the wanted history sheeter Manoj Singh had also reached from Barra police station. Naubasta police came to know that history-sheeter Manoj Singh had come to join the party.

A police team in plain clothes reached to nab him. The police caught Manoj Singh and started taking him away. Narayan Singh Bhadauria along with his supporters surrounded the police team. The professional criminal was freed after a scuffle with the police.
