The Indian men’s hockey team will start their campaign against New Zealand on 24 July. Talking about his performance, Ramandeep said that 2018 knee injury was a big setback for him but apart from that his career has progressed well.

“2016 and 2017 have been really good for me. I was in good form and doing well but a knee injury during the 2018 Champions Trophy was a big blow. Ramandeep said, ‘It took me six to seven months to recover from this and as soon as I started playing my ankle hurt. But since the middle of 2019 I have been doing well and I believe I have regained the old form.
