According to the Meteorological Department, it rained in many parts of the state till Monday. In this, Indore recorded 22.6 mm, Shajapur 9.0 mm, Bhopal 6.2 mm, Khajuraho 2.8 mm, Raisen 6.4 mm, Bhopal City 16.2 mm and Jabalpur and Ujjain recorded drizzle. According to the Meteorological Department, an alert has been issued for heavy rain in some districts of Hoshangabad, Gwalior, Chambal and Indore divisions, Sagar division and Jabalpur division, including the capital Bhopal. Monsoon has knocked in South India including Kerala. In such a situation, it is believed that by June 20, the monsoon will knock in Madhya Pradesh too. In such a situation, the pre-monsoon season has started in the state.
