Tomar had said in Gwalior on Tuesday that the government was ready to talk to the farmers on all issues except the option of withdrawing the three agricultural laws.
Surjewala said that the Agriculture Minister of the country has presented an arrogant leader and made a statement rejecting the demands of the farmers.
He said that it is clear from this that the arrogance of the Center is bigger than the Himalayas, which is not visible to 62 crore food donors of the country.
Surjewala alleged that the central government wants to hand over the country’s 25 lakh crore agricultural business to only three industrialists.
He said that Modi (Prime Minister Narendra Modi), Manohar (Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar) and Dushyant Chautala (Deputy Chief Minister) have today forgotten that they came to power by promising 50 per cent profit on cost to the farmer.
It is worth mentioning that Randeep Surjewala appeared in the court of ADJ Gurvinder Kaur as an advocate to argue the bail of jailed farmer leader Dalbir Singh in the case of objectionable language and death threats against the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister on social media.
