After the abduction of a 27-year-old man in Gopalganj, Bihar, there has been a stir in the brutal murder. The young man was severely tortured before he died. It is being told that the accused tied him to a tree. Then beat him mercilessly. Not only this, his private parts were damaged. Later when the youth died, the accused fled after throwing him in the river. In this sensational incident, the police has registered an FIR against 5 named and two unknowns on the statement of the mother of the deceased. One accused has also been arrested.
The family raised questions on the attitude of the police
The deceased youth has been identified as Ajay Sahni, he was the son of Ramchandra Sahni, a resident of Salempur in Sidhwalia. The mother of the deceased Ajay, Jivati Devi, had lodged a complaint of kidnapping of her son with the Sidhavaliya police station three days before the incident. A named FIR was lodged against 5 people in this case. The mother of the deceased alleges that if the police had arrested the accused in time, her son would not have been murdered.

After brutally murder, the body of the young man was thrown in the river
According to family members, Ajay suddenly went missing from the house about three days ago. After which the family members searched for him a lot. When no trace of him was found, a case of kidnapping was registered with the police. Meanwhile, the body of the youth was found by the police, after which the police started further investigation. It is said that before the murder, the youth was brutally thrashed, then thrown into the river in Govindganj area of West Champaran.

Police engaged in the investigation of the case, one accused arrested
The victim’s relatives have also shared a video of the youth before the murder. In which the hands and feet of the young man are tied with rope. In the whole case, Sidhwalia police said that on the statement of the mother of the deceased, an FIR has been registered against 5 people named and 2 unknown people. The accused include Virendra Mahato, Mantosh Mahato, Sonu Kumar, Asha Devi and Krishna Mahato of the village itself. Police have arrested one of the accused Asha Devi.
