On Saturday, 60 people died in Delhi and 414 new cases of infection were reported, while the infection rate was 0.53 percent. A day before this, 50 people died of Kovid-19 in Delhi and 523 new cases came while the infection rate was 0.68 percent. Announcing various concessions, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday allowed the Delhi Metro to run with 50 per cent capacity from June 7 and open markets and malls on an odd-even basis.
