UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has adopted Ayodhya’s Dsouda Health Center (CHC). District Magistrate Anuj Kumar Jha inspected the adopted CHC and gave instructions to improve the health facilities.
District Magistrate gave instructions to remove encroachment
The District Magistrate directed the Deputy District Magistrate Sadar to immediately remove the encroachment done by placing Gumti etc. outside the health center outside the health center and removing the board at the entrance of the health center and installing a good quality board in its place and both of the entrance gates. Instructions were given to install good quality tiles on the pillars. He directed to repair the entire road from the entrance to the inside of the hospital premises as well as repair the broken plaster of the boundary wall. Instructions were also given to get the houses built in the hospital painted and painted.

Instructions have been given to re-operate OPD, Kovid help desk, registration counter and inquiry counter inside the health center, now for cleanliness and arrangement of wash basin and tiles in the well colored dressing room. During the inspection, the lab technician told the district magistrate that the facility for testing hemoglobin, HIV, blood group, syphilis card test, urine, sugar, pregnancy, malaria, tuberculosis, covid antigen etc. is available here.

The District Magistrate has also directed to ensure regular availability of medicines. The District Magistrate directed the Medical Superintendent to immediately get the cushion of the operation table kept in the OT room fixed. For the convenience of patients and their relatives coming for treatment in the hospital, instructions have also been given to make signs at appropriate places for going to different rooms. The District Magistrate has given instructions to make all the health related facilities easily available to all the patients coming here.
