Hearing on the petition of his son Narayan Sai filed for the treatment of Asaram and his son Narayan Sai, who was serving a jail term till the last breath of his life in the case of sexual assault with a student of his own Gurukul . During the hearing, Asaram’s advocate Pradeep Choudhary and Narayan Sai’s advocate withdrew their petition, with which both these petitions were disposed of.

In fact, Asaram’s petition was not accepted in the High Court, in which it was demanded that Asaram should be treated by an Ayurveda specialist in Kerala or Karvad Ayurveda Hospital in Jodhpur. After this Asaram filed a petition in the Supreme Court regarding this demand. Order is yet to come on this, in such a situation, there is no justification for the petitions filed in the High Court, due to which Asaram and his son withdrew their petitions.

Asaram does not want to get allopathy treatment, the High Court had earlier dismissed the petition
After Asaram’s health deteriorated, he was admitted to Mahatma Gandhi Hospital in Jodhpur. From here he was shifted to AIIMS. On suspicion of Asaram’s stomach ulcer problem, the doctor did an endoscopy examination. Along with this, Asaram had also lost two bottles of blood during this time, but Asaram was constantly refusing to get treatment in allopathy. The petition was presented in the High Court requesting that his treatment should be done in Ayurveda way, which was rejected by the High Court. Now the matter has reached the Supreme Court. Now it has to be seen what decision the Supreme Court takes on Asaram’s petition.
