395 new cases of corona virus infection in Uttarakhand, 21 more deaths

Dehradun, Jun 7 (PTI) On Monday, 395 new cases of corona virus infection were reported in Uttarakhand and 21 more people died due to this disease. Along with this, a patient suffering from black fungus also died.

According to the bulletin issued by the Health Department, including new cases of infection, the number of people affected by the epidemic in the state so far has reached 3,34,419. Of the new cases, maximum 94 Kovid patients were found in Dehradun district while 64 in Almora, 62 in Haridwar, 39 in Udham Singh Nagar and 35 in Nainital.

Apart from this, till now a total of 6,731 people have lost their lives in the state due to the pandemic.

The number of cases under treatment in the state is 14,122 and 307574 patients have become healthy so far.

Meanwhile, five more cases of black fungus or mucormycosis were reported in the state and one patient died of the disease. So far 304 cases of this disease have been reported in the state, out of which 48 have died.
